Education to all is the main motive of NEED to develop the character of children, mould their activities, improve their physicals strength and promote skills to earn their resources and avoid inferiority complex from the society. Intention of NEED is to build-up a better society and environment. We have promulgated residential development schools with accommodation to make out their needs and for the individual independency.
We have also introduced informal education for the dropouts and illiterates among the poorest of the poor. Soon after, they reach the 5th Std education level, they merge with mainstream of school education and higher studies. NEED motivates the character of the destitute, abundant children those who are abused and thrown out from the family circle or society in a separate wing.

Women folk are very important groups in the activities of micro and macro income generating activities. We have provided various trade skills and develop their traditional trades including Tailoring, Computer courses and Beautician courses and also developed their minds in business activities and encouraged small savings for the emergency of their life.

| Rehabilitation |

NEED extends its patronage to aged people, orphans, war widows, physical handicaps and socially excluded groups like HIV/Aids infected persons and vulnerable high risk people in the society through our rehabilitation centre. In our rehabilitation centre, they are provided with shelter, medical treatments, food process recreations, Meditation, Cultural activities and Garden works.

NEED has conducted various free health camps, eye camps, related health campaigns awareness programmes in different villages and issued the medicines and spectacles.

| Youth Developments |

The most important aspect is to conduct sports and games among the youth in cluster levels and ensure the concepts of Yoga, Spirituality, liberty, fraternity and national integrity to generate as a true citizen who becomes pillar of country. We have conducted various competitions, games like football, cricket, etc. Also yoga and meditation are taught for their self control to attain will power for all achievement.

NEED trust has been continuously promulgating environment awareness and rally campaign among the youth groups, self help groups, and students, about the pollution control and demonstrate the needs for the perfection of the nature climate, bio diversity and sustain livelihoods. In this context, tree plantations, keeping proper soil fertility and motivate the farmers to cultivate herbals plants to safeguard the environment against vulnerable epidemic diseases.

| OLD AGE HOME'S |

NEED Trust has already constructed Old age home with all facilities to accommodate the poor, uncared, abandoned aged women groups in this centre. We have been regularly providing food and accommodation, Medical Treatments, Meditations, Recreation and motivate their traditional artisan works and also involve in cultural activities.
